2) Eligibility & Use

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3) Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Offer & Acceptance: Your order is an offer; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order in writing (e.g., order confirmation or pro-forma invoice).
• Product Availability: Items may be limited or unavailable. We may reject or cancel orders (with a refund if payment was received) for reasons including stock, errors, or compliance concerns.
• Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Apparent typographical or system errors may be corrected and orders adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
• Specifications: Descriptions, specifications, and images are for general guidance and may vary within industry tolerances.

5) Payments, Taxes & Duties

We may accept various payment methods as communicated during checkout or on invoices. You authorize us to charge the selected method for the total amount due.

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, fees, import/export charges, bank charges, or clearance costs, which are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms (e.g., INCOTERMS® 2020) will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfer as per agreed shipping terms.

7) Compliance, Export & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. You represent that you are not a prohibited party under applicable trade controls.

8) Product Information & Warranty

Unless expressly stated in a separate written warranty, products are provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled only with our written consent; charges may apply.
• After Dispatch: Returns are accepted only if agreed in writing and subject to inspection. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within the stated window.
• Damaged/Shortage Claims: Notify us and the carrier in writing within the time limits specified by the carrier or within 48 hours of delivery, whichever is earlier.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, images, and other materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Rozeat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping without permission, infringing IP rights, or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (if available). Where applicable, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described therein.

13) Third-Party Links & Tools

Third-party websites or tools may be referenced for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, epidemics, war, governmental actions, embargoes, transportation or utility interruptions.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rozeat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

17) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted or otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
